Since it was founded in 1969, Uptons Refreshment Systems has been focused on supporting all of our customers with a service that meets and exceeds their expectations.
Every member of staff has received extensive external customer care training which is essential to our customer care proposition.
Our sales support staff will make regular visits to all customers, performing maintenance checks and ensuring that all equipment is functioning efficiently.
In addition all of our equipment is subject to at least two quality control inspections per annum and a technical support service is routinely available 8am – 5pm 7 days per week. If customers need 24hr 7 day cover a service is already in place to meet the demand.
